From blightto neighborhood
We were brought in before there was anything to brand.
This was the largest piece of land in the city, minutes from downtown and Biscayne Bay, right next to Wynwood, Miami's art district. The old rail yard and the Chiquita banana plant beside it had sat abandoned for years. The developers hired us to make a film for the city council, asking them to fund the infrastructure that would make Midtown Miami possible. The vote came back seven to nothing in favor.

Seven votes to nothing. Then we branded the whole neighborhood.
Everything after that came out of one system: the neighborhood itself and every project inside it, with the advertising, collateral, websites and signage to match. The land changed hands more than once over the years. We stayed the agency of record through all of it, the brand steward from concept to completion.
